Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of avantrixcoach.com and all services provided by Avantrix Business Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Business coaching, executive coaching, startup coaching, scale-up coaching, USA expansion advisory and workshops, delivered under separate written engagement letters.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Attend sessions or reschedule with 24+ hours notice
  • Pay invoices per agreed terms
  • Implement coaching recommendations at your own discretion and risk

4. Our Responsibilities

  • Deliver services to the scope in your engagement letter
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information
  • Respond to communication within one business day

5. Fees & Payment

Fees quoted in INR for Indian clients and USD for international clients, before applicable taxes. Late payment may suspend services.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Sessions rescheduled with 24+ hours notice at no cost. Full engagements cancellable with 30 days notice; fees refunded pro-rata for services not yet delivered. 100% satisfaction guarantee on the first two paid sessions for new clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates and materials remain our intellectual property. You receive a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use them within your own business.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Coaching outcomes depend on the client’s execution and market conditions. Business results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Durham County, NC.
