How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST). WhatsApp messages during business hours typically get a reply within 2 hours.
What happens on a free discovery call?
A 30-minute conversation about your business, your goals and what’s in the way. No sales pitch. You leave with 1–2 actionable insights regardless.
Do I need to prepare for the call?
Just bring honesty. If you want to be efficient, have these ready: your revenue range, top 2–3 constraints, your 12-month goal, and any deal-breakers on timing or budget.
Can I visit your Durham office?
Yes. Our office is in Durham, NC 27703, USA. Please schedule ahead to ensure the coach you want to meet is available.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Closed Sundays and major Indian public holidays.
Do you offer sessions for US clients?
Yes. US-facing sessions are held — we work across US time zones, EST to PST.
Can I email questions before booking?
Yes. Email aravindan@avantrixcoach.com — we typically reply within one business day.
Do you charge for discovery calls?
No. Discovery calls are always free. No credit card, no commitment. Paid work begins only after the roadmap is agreed.
How do I pay?
We accept payment via ACH, wire transfer, credit card and Stripe in USD. International clients pay via wire or Stripe.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes — with 24+ hours notice at no cost. Less than 24 hours counts as the session for billing, except in genuine emergencies.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs as standard. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
