  • Automatically collected — basic analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location, referring source (no PII).
  • Cookies — minimal cookies for session handling and aggregate analytics.

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule sessions
  • Deliver paid services you’ve engaged us for
  • Send administrative and billing communications
  • Improve our website (aggregate analytics only)

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

Everything discussed during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. We sign NDAs as standard and will not disclose client identities or session content without your written consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your contact data for as long as you are an active client, plus 3 years thereafter for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time by writing to aravindan@avantrixcoach.com.

5. Your Rights

Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website may use analytics (Google Analytics), form services (Formspree), and calendar tools. Each has their own privacy policies.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud storage. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
